This Nikon Coolpix camera is awesome! I’ve used it already a few times in video mode and the quality is fantastic. Shooting introductory surfing video (from a distance)was SO easy and good for a beginner. Quick shots (a feature of quick rapid action intended) still photographs was FANTASTIC! I would buy this as a gift, everyday use and beginner camera. Initial Amazon price earlier on crushed Best Buy but rebounded just prior to purchase, but still beat BB and I only went to the store for my initial hands-on research. Shipping was fast through our seller! I am totally sold on the ease of use, quality and capability of this camera. You should be too! Nikon 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5G ED AF-S DX Nikkor Lens for Nikon Digital SLR Cameras Review

I did my research on this lens from the day it was in talk of coming out. When it came out, daily I would look for reviews because I was planning to get the 12-24mm f/4. Majority of the reviews were by amatuers or hobbyist (spell check).

In summary, they didnt know how to use a wide lens (that is the main problem for anyone that can’t use anything from 8mm-35mm). Other say the construction of the lens differ. Well that is true but for people that take care of their lens and not looking to drop it, you would be fine but still that reeason this dumb.  Read more...
